Joshua 1 vs 9 – Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The faithful God, who assures us of His unwavering presence in times of trouble, has miraculously delivered our brother from a life-threatening situation. Read his testimony below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I traveled to Lagos for a short visit, and after completing my business, I booked a cab to take me back to the airport for my return to Abuja. Before leaving, I decided to visit my brother’s wife and spent the night there. The next day, she and her son accompanied me to the bus stop to meet the cab driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While I was trying to locate the taxi driver, I called him on my phone because I couldn\u2019t find him at the agreed spot. He mentioned he was in the second lane leading to the airport. Just as he said this, unknown men double-crossed us. They emerged from their motorcycle with AK-47 rifles and pointed them at me, my brother’s wife and her son was terrified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that moment, I remembered who I was. Although I was wearing an apron, my cardigan covered it. I declared, “I am a Chosen, three times! Who are you?” The man pointing the gun at me seemed electrified and immediately lowered his weapon, stepping back. His accomplice reacted similarly and tapped him, saying, \u201cO boy, let\u2019s go,\u201d and they quickly fled on their motorcycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My brother’s wife was shaking, but I reassured them that God of the Chosen is in charge. They urged me to cancel my trip and return with them, but I decided to call the cab driver again. After locating him, I transferred my luggage to his car, and we made our way to the airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the testimony interview, I was asked if I was sure my experience was real. I mentioned that my brother’s wife and her son were not members of The Lord\u2019s Chosen, and I encouraged them to call her for confirmation. When they did, she testified that she had never witnessed anything like it before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it were not for this great God, I don\u2019t know where I would be right now. I want to emphasize that the God of Chosen is real, and the covenants God made with our General Pastor are powerful. I\u2019ve heard many testimonies, but witnessing such, I felt like a lion at that moment. I regretted not stopping the armed robbers to take away their gun, but I told myself, \u201cTomorrow is another day.\u201d if you are a Chosen, rejoice! Many of us don\u2019t fully understand the blessing we have. God resides in The Lord\u2019s Chosen. I am a living witness of His power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
