Our brother was once lost but today he is found and all things have become new. Read his testimony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Brother Emmanuel Samuel. I worship here in the Headquarters. I want to thank God for the salvation of my soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used to live a very bad life, I was involved in a lifestyle of terrible smoking and drinking habits. It was so bad that I wouldn’t eat or sleep until I had smoked or drank alcohol. I was also a leader of a cult group. My addiction to alcohol and smoking was so bad that I prioritized it more than anything in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My conversion happened through my Uncle (my mother’s younger brother) who is the Lord\u2019s Chosen member. I always avoid staying in his house because it makes me feel uncomfortable. I ensure I don\u2019t sleep over at his house on Saturday whenever I visit him to avoid going to Church with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Saturday my plan didn’t work out. It was raining heavily and I became terribly sick. I took some drugs but the sickness worsened and I couldn\u2019t go to work the following Monday. Then I called my mother, she advised me to go on a short fasting and conclude the fasting in any church I find nearby. So I obeyed her and fasted. When it was time to break the fast, I decided to go to the Lord’s Chosen branch where my uncle usually worshipped and prayed at the altar. When I was praying, I started crying. I realized I was confessing every single sin I had committed. I also promised God that if He can recover me from my evil lifestyle I will come and testify. I dropped a token at the altar and I left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I returned to work the next day, I sat down with my coworkers to smoke but the smell of the cigar became so irritating to me that I couldn\u2019t stay there with them unlike before I would have joined them. Also, the smell of alcohol upset my stomach and I have to stay away from anywhere they drink alcohol. I also left the cult group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I left the cult group, I was afraid of what the members would do to me. However, my life became a testimony as some of the cult members would approach me and say \u201cEmmanuel, if God can change you our case is a minor one\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thank God of Chosen for doing this for me. I can\u2019t believe I will ever stop smoking and drinking and I pray for all the Chosen ones that God will grant our heart desires and I pray heaven at last for us in Jesus name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
